You may not use GarantiaX for any unlawful purpose, to upload malicious files, or to attempt to reverse-engineer the platform.
You retain ownership of all data and documents you upload. We process them only to provide the service.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
GarantiaX is provided "as is". We are not liable for missed warranty claims or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
